David Antonelli started in the residential mortgage business in 1995, he has been in the Commercial Mortgage Industry for the last 7 years.  He has created a database with direct underwriters with SBA and the USDA to ensure quick answers. David’s motto is “A long Yes is better than a quick No”.  David’s main assets are his passion and determination to make solutions work for his clients and his overwhelmingly friendly character and charm.

David Lemon
Managing Partner – Miami/Tampa Florida Region

David Lemon started in the residential mortgage business in 2005, he has
been in the Commercial Mortgage Industry for the last 4 years.  During his 6 years in the industry he has developed great business relationships with various USDA, SBA and FHA investors and underwriters.  David has been instrumental in closing both residential and business loans in the toughest economy since the great depression.  He is dedicated and committed to funding every loan that comes across his desk.  “We understand what capital funding means to your business– we want to make sure our investors understand”.  We will do whatever it takes to get the deal done.

Kent Rogers
Managing Partner – Kansas/Missouri Region

Kent brings over 10 years of Private and Commercial Real Estate Experience, in addition to 27 years of Managerial experience in the Hotel industry, to NCMF, Inc.  His background includes extensive experience in the real estate and hospitality industries which provided him an enhanced understanding of investor motivation for income properties for their investment portfolio.  He is well known for assisting clients in achieving acquisition or disposition objectives, using fine-tuned negotiating skills and ability to work on details, keeping the big picture in mind.  His specialties include consulting and assisting in acquisition and re-distribution in hotel properties nationwide.
